At Websters we specialise in both the auditing and preparation of service charge accounts for clients in the residential and commercial property industry as well as offering accounting and auditing services in all areas connected with property management.
With offices in London and Birmingham we are proud of our detailed knowledge of property management and the long standing working relationships we have with many clients throughout the UK.
We know the UK property industry inside out and have been working with property companies and managing agents for over 40 years - currently auditing properties such as Brent Cross, Lakeside, Bullring, the Metro Centre and the ‘Gherkin Building’.
Each year we prepare around 2,500 service charge audits - some are modest and the largest has over £10 million of annual expenditure.
