David Goddard

David joined Websters in 1984 shortly after qualifying as an accountant. Initially a general practice partner, David has increasingly specialised in the service charge area.

David has wide experience of all aspects of property work and is the lead partner on portfolios in both the commercial and residential sectors. He has experience in complex mixed use schemes which present challenges for cost allocation and advises new build schemes that complete in stages. David also has success in mitigating tax liabilities for clients in development scenarios and is experienced in auditing head rent statements and car parks.

Andrew Salmon

Andrew qualified with Websters having joined the firm in 1993 and was appointed a partner in 2001. One of his early jobs was work experience at Websters as a teenager.

Since joining Websters Andrew has built up a large portfolio of residential and commercial property clients, certifying annual service charge accounts and advising client’s accounting teams in respect of these managed portfolios.

With his twenty years experience in property work, his clients include many large and complex residential developments. He and his team have a particular specialism in service charge funds in respect of both new start-up developments and acquired properties on existing managed portfolios where the records received are often poor.

Andrew is married to Louise and has three young children. His sporting passions are motor racing in the official Caterham series and skiing. In motorsport, he currently races in the Supersport category and, with his skiing, he has taken on many of Europe’s challenging off-piste descents.

Consultants

John Pattrick

John qualified with KPMG before joining Websters in 1977. In addition to his Service Charge portfolio, John also assists in the administration of the practice.

A former partner, John now acts as a consultant.
