Monitor delivery of our services
We deliver our service in a way that gives our clients continuous sight of progress (at the individual property level) throughout the process of auditing their property portfolio. To achieve this, we apply a tried and tested ‘audit timetable’ agreed in advance of each year-end date which is kept on our secure client login area on this website.
Being updated at least twice per week, our clients know exactly at what stage each property is in the year-end cycle and when the next stage will be delivered in respect of all services undertaken by Websters. This process overcomes the most common problem experienced by landlords and managing agents in respect of their property portfolio’s year end function. In particular, it ensures that the date of delivering year end service charge reconciliations to lessees is set in advance and can be monitored and controlled.
