Being updated at least twice per week, our clients know exactly at what stage each property is in the year-end cycle and when the next stage will be delivered in respect of all services undertaken by Websters.  This process overcomes the most common problem experienced by landlords and managing agents in respect of their property portfolio’s year end function. In particular, it ensures that the date of delivering year end service charge reconciliations to lessees is set in advance and can be monitored and controlled.
